Enhancements and Problems Corrected in This Release

Sentinel
  • For Sentinel System Driver, the support for Windows 10 Credential Guard and Device Guard has been added.
  • Parallel Drivers installation has been removed from the default installation path. If required, a customer can install it from the custom installation path.
  • The support for Applets has been removed. Now Sentinel License Monitor requires Javascript to be enabled to run.
  • The dependency on OpenSSL has been removed.

  2. Hi I have installed sentinel protection on my pc. It showed that it is installed and it did not give out any error messages. I have attached screen shot.

Description:

Hydratec Security Lock Error

  • Driver Defective. Uninstall, then reinstall the Sentinel Driver. (FF60).
  • No hardware lock. Make sure your hardware lock is firmly attached to a working port. (FF3).
  • If using a Hardware lock: Bad hardware lock found. Unable to read it properly. (RH60) (RSN60)

Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6.99

-Machine has no software entitlement, hydratec software authorization nor hardware lock attached.

-The drivers for the hardware lock are malfunctioning.

Solution:

If using a hardware lock:

Telecharger Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6 9 Gratuit

  1. Close all hydratec products.
  2. Test usb port to make sure it works or move hardware lock to a different port.
  3. make sure the LED light on the hardware lock is illuminated.
  4. Install the lock fix file (obtainable from Hydratec).
  5. In control panel/programs and features, uninstall the 'Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6.9' (might be a different version or one may not be present).
  6. Install the most recent version of 'Sentinel Protection Installer'. Could be the same one as the one just uninstalled. Can be found at: Sentinel Protection Installer Versions
  7. Restart machine after the install completes.
  8. Plug in the hardware lock and open the program again.
